During our sale it is not possible to reserve a sale item in one of our stores.
How can I find out if my size is available in one of the stores?
The ‘Check our stock’ link below your selected item will show you in which store your size is available. Furthermore, our Customer Care team is pleased to help you via email@example.com. Naturally, our staff at our stores is always available to assist you.
How do I know if an item is in stock online at shoebaloo.nl?
If your size is not available in the size chart, the item is sold out in our webstore.
Once I purchased an item on sale, can I exchange or return it?
When an item on sale is purchased in one of our stores, it is not possible to either return or exchange it. When the item is bought online at shoebaloo.nl, you have 14 days to let us know that you want to exchange or return the purchased item and 14 days to send it back to us. My order is not visible in my account, what to do?
Please note that during our busy SALE period, it takes a bit longer for our system to be fully updated. Once you receive the confirmation email including your order number (5 digit code), your order has been succeeded and you will receive a track & trace code shortly after.
I did not receive a confirmation email nor a track & trace code, did my order succeed?
If you placed an order via your Facebook account, the email and track & trace code are sent to the email linked to your Facebook. Another option could be that there is a typing error within the email or that your payment did not come through. In the last case, please contact our customer care via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please be aware that items in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be sold while completing your order. If you have any questions about the availability of certain products in our webstore, contact us at email@example.com. In addition, please keep in mind that due to our SALE bustle it can take 1-7 working days before the package will be delivered. Online purchases can only be returned or exchanged via the webstore and not in one of our stores.
