How can I join SHOEBALOO Loyalty?
Joining SHOEBALOO Loyalty is very easy:
Purchase a product at SHOEBALOO and leave your e-mail address.
You will receive an e-mail, which can be used to activate and complete your account.
After activation, you have access to your online account and QR code. Your SHOEBALOO member card, together with more details about your special services and privileges, will be sent to your home address.
You can start using your personal member card straight away!
If you did not receive an e-mail to activate your account, please contact us at loyalty@shoebaloo.nl

What are the conditions for becoming a SHOEBALOO Loyalty member?
Purchase a product in one of our stores or at shoebaloo.nl and leave your e-mail address.  

How old do I have to be to join SHOEBALOO Loyalty?
You need to be at least 16 years old to join SHOEBALOO Loyalty.

Do my SHOEBALOO Loyalty credits expire?
Yes, your SHOEBALOO Loyalty credits are valid for 24 months.

How long does it take for my credit balance to be updated after my purchase?
Your credit balance will be updated within 24 hours.

What happens with the credits after returning my product?
After you return the product, the credits will be deducted from your account within 24 hours.

Is it possible to earn credits by purchasing a gift voucher? (At this moment it is only possible to purchase a gift voucher in one of our stores)
The customer who receives the gift voucher will also receive the credits at the moment of redeeming the voucher.

I lost my SHOEBALOO Loyalty member card, what to do?
Please let us know as soon as possible by sending an e-mail to loyalty@shoebaloo.nl. Your SHOEBALOO Loyalty member card will be blocked and a new SHOEBALOO Loyalty member card will be sent to your home address.

I forgot to show my SHOEBALOO Loyalty member card in the store during the purchase, howcan I still get the credits on my account?
You can send a request to loyalty@shoebaloo.nl within seven days after your purchase. A copy of the purchase receipt is required. Otherwise SHOEBALOO may refuse such request.

Is the SHOEBALOO Loyalty member card personal?
Yes, your SHOEBALOO Loyalty account and member card are strictly personal and cannot be shared with others.

How do I unsubscribe from the SHOEBALOO mailings?
You can unsubscribe from de SHOEBALOO mailings by clicking on the ‘Unsubscribe from this list’ button beneath every mailing.

How do I leave SHOEBALOO Loyalty?
You can leave SHOEBALOO Loyalty by logging into your account and opting out or by sending an e-mail with your request to loyalty@shoebaloo.nl

What happens with my personal data after leaving SHOEBALOO Loyalty?
Your membership data will be deleted when you leave SHOEBALOO Loyalty. Only the necessary online account data will be saved, that is needed to make online purchases.
