HOW CAN I JOIN SHOEBALOO LOYALTY?
Joining SHOEBALOO Loyalty is very easy. You can register online or in one of our stores.

Online: register on https://shoebaloo.nl/log-in--register-account and complete your account.
Please note: while completing your account, you have to confirm your participation with SHOEBALOO Loyalty on your Preferences page. After completing your account, you’re ready to start earning and spending Loyalty credits!

In-store: leave your name and email address with one of our store employees. They will create an account for you. Purchases will be added to your account. You will immediately receive an email, which you have to confirm to activate and complete your account. After activation, you’re a SHOEBALOO Loyalty member and you can start earning and spending Loyalty credits!

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO JOIN SHOEBALOO LOYALTY?
You need to be at least 16 years old to join SHOEBALOO Loyalty. If you’re not 16 years or older, your account will not be valid.

WHAT ARE LOYALTY CREDITS?
Loyalty credits are our way of rewarding you for your loyalty to SHOEBALOO. The credits you earn can be used as a virtual currency to get exclusive rewards. Visit How it works to find out more.

HOW CAN I EARN LOYALTY CREDITS?
Earning credits is easy! Shop at www.shoebaloo.nl or in one of our stores, complete your account and like us on Instagram and Facebook to get exclusive deals and rewards. Find out more by visiting How it works.

HOW WILL MY IN-STORE PURCHASES BE ADDED TO MY LOYALTY ACCOUNT?
Of course, you will also receive credits for your offline purchases. When purchasing in one of our stores, please show your QR code, or give your name to one of our employees. They will add the purchase to your account.

WHEN WILL LOYALTY CREDITS BE ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT?
You can find your purchases in your account after 24 hours. After you have made a purchase, your credits will be pending for 14 days. Pending credits from purchases will be added to your balance after 14 days due to the return period of two weeks.

Loyalty credits earned for completing your account, gifts from us to you, or liking us on Instagram or Facebook will be added to your balance immediately after completion.

HOW MANY LOYALTY CREDITS DO I HAVE?
Check your credits, track your activity, and see your pending credits all on your Loyalty page.

WHEN WILL LOYALTY CREDITS BE DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT?
Once you redeem your credits, they will be immediately deducted from your balance.

Credits from returned items will be deducted from the total credits of that specific order. You can find an overview of your credits history on your Loyalty page.

WILL I GET MY VOUCHER BACK AFTER RETURNING A PURCHASE?
If you redeemed a voucher during a order/purchase and then returned (one of) your products, you will unfortunately not get your voucher back. Vouchers can only be redeemed once.

WHEN DO LOYALTY CREDITS EXPIRE?
Credits confirmed before 7 July 2020 will be valid until 7 July 2021. Credits confirmed on or after 7 July 2020 will expire 24 months after the date they are earned. For more information, see our Terms & Conditions.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO EARN CREDITS BY PURCHASING A GIFT VOUCHER? (At this moment it is only possible to purchase a gift voucher in one of our stores)
The customer who receives the gift voucher will also receive the credits at the moment of redeeming the voucher.

I FORGOT TO ADD MY IN-STORE PURCHASE TO MY LOYALTY ACCOUNT. WHAT TO DO?
You can send a request to loyalty@shoebaloo.nl within seven days after your purchase. A copy of the purchase receipt is required. Otherwise, SHOEBALOO may refuse the request.

IS MY SHOEBALOO LOYALTY ACCOUNT PERSONAL?
Yes, your SHOEBALOO Loyalty account is strictly personal and cannot be shared with others.

HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM SHOEBALOO MAILINGS?
You can unsubscribe from de SHOEBALOO mailings by clicking on the ‘Unsubscribe from this list’ button beneath every mailing.

HOW DO I LEAVE SHOEBALOO LOYALTY?
You can leave SHOEBALOO Loyalty by following the next steps: log into your account, go to Preferences and opt out or by sending an e-mail with your request to loyalty@shoebaloo.nl. Please be aware that your credits will also be removed.

WHAT HAPPENS WITH MY PERSONAL DATA AFTER LEAVING SHOEBALOO LOYALTY?
Your membership data will be deleted when you leave SHOEBALOO Loyalty. Only the necessary online account data will be saved, that is needed to make online purchases.
